Katie has always wanted a pet. One day, she and Mommy are walking in town when Katie sees an adorable kitten meowing on the sidewalk. She convinces her mom to let her take the kitten home, promising to take good care of him. When they get home, Katie decides that she wants to dress up the kitten in her doll's clothing and put him in her toy car. But when the kitten, whom Katie names Fluffy, won't cooperate, Katie puts him in a basket of toys all by himself. Mommy reminds Katie that she can't do that to Fluffy and instead must find ways to keep Fluffy happy. Will Katie learn the best ways to take care of her new kitten?
