Darum wird die Idee Arbeiten in einem Team zu erledigen immer wichtiger. Problemlösungen, Projektarbeiten und sogar die Unternehmensführung läßt die Bedeutung von Teams immer größer werden. Liest man heute Stellenausschreibungen dann steht häufig in den Anforderungen an den Bewerber, daß Teamfähigkeit als persönliche Voraussetzung zwingend erforderlich ist. Dies gilt in besonderem Maße für die sozialen Berufe. Teamarbeit wurde in den letzten Jahren in den meisten Unternehmen zu einem bevorzugten Arbeitsstil. Der Trainer eine Fußballclubs sagte sinngemäß "Ich glaube daran, daß die beste Elf auf dem Platz stehen muß, nicht die besten Elf." Gute Teams benötigen Know-How, jedoch auch wie im Sport ein gutes und möglichst störungsfreies Zusammenspiel. Professioneller Umgang mit problembehafteter Kommunikation und anderen Störungen tragen dazu bei. Spezifischer lautet die Fragestellung: Ist die Teamarbeit für alle Arbeitskontexte in einer "BaE im kooperativen Modell" wirklich sinnvoll? Hypothese: Teamarbeit als Allheilmittel wird überbewertet, wenn nicht bestimmte Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind. Sind diese erfüllt erweist sich Teamarbeit traditionellen Arbeitsgruppen überlegen. Allerdings eignet Teamarbeit sich nur für bestimmte Arbeitskontexte und nicht für alle.
About the Author: Alexander Almstetter, MA, Jg. 1967, arbeitet als Unternehmensberater, Trainer und Coach. Seit 1998 beschäftigt er sich intensiv mit Neuro-Linguistischem Programmieren und Neuro-Linguistischer Psychotherapie. Er leitet das Landsiedel NLP Institut in München und führt regelmäßig NLP-Ausbildungen durch. Sein Studium zum Master of Arts (MA) Wirtschafts- und Organisationspsychologie nutzte er unter anderem für eine wissenschaftliche Auseinandersetzung mit NLP. Sein Bestreben ist es weitere Forschungen zum Thema "NLP" voranzubringen und anzustoßen. In seinen mittlerweile über 30 Berufsjahren arbeitete er in leitenden Positionen im Personal- und Sozialwesen. Seine vielfältigen Erfahrungen bringt er nun in seiner Arbeit als Berater, Trainer und Coach für seine Kundenunternehmen, Seminarteilnehmer und Klienten ein.
