Corey Deitz characterizes himself as a "recovering Democrat" and even offers a 6 Step Program for liberals. "I'm not a right-wing nut job," said Deitz, speaking from his underground shelter while stocking ammo and canned food. "I'm just a middle-to-right American who set out to expose the differences between reasonable conservatives and unreasonable liberals." To be fair, Deitz actually takes shots at both liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans. "But, I did it tongue-in-cheek," says Deitz. "I think conservatives will feast on how I turn up the heat and grill a lot of folks on my barbecue spit."
About the Author: In his over 25 years in radio, Corey Deitz has been a radio personality in such cities as Chicago, St. Louis, Cleveland, Columbus, Toledo, Richmond, Virginia Beach and Little Rock. Previously they were awarded "Best Morning Show In Virginia" for 1992 and 1993 by the Virginia Association of Broadcasters. In 2008, they were nominated for a Marconi Award for "Medium Market Personality of the Year". In addition to his Radio work, Deitz has done regional and national voice work for clients such as: Southern Ford Dealers, Southern States, Pittsburg Ford Dealers, McDonalds, Amarillo National Bank, Iowa Wireless, Alaska Sealife Center, Oklahoma Dept. of Commerce, Alaska First Bank, Humana, Cricket Wireless and many more. Between 1981 - 1985 he jointly created and co-wrote "Dial-Log", a topical joke service marketed to hundreds of radio deejays across the United States, Canda, and England. Between 1989 - 1992 he created and marketed "Comfax", the first DJ comedy service delivered daily by fax. Corey Deitz is a graduate of Kent State University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications and has also completed some graduate courses in his pursuit of a Law Degree.
