 My name is Angela Valenti and I'm a certified nutritionist and stay at home Mom. I became a vegan 5 years ago and I have to say, it has completely changed my life. It has helped me lose over 60 pounds and become fit and healthy. I am a big advocate of the vegan cause and have made it my life mission to spread the world about veganism with as many people as possible. Not only is it a healthier way to live, it also helps prevent millions of animals from being tortured every day, an helps preserve our beautiful planet. I firmly believe everybody should be vegan, and I hope my books can help people see why. Furthermore, cooking is my passion. Over the years, I have read hundreds of recipe books and created hundreds of recipes of my own for tasty dishes, deserts, snacks, and smoothies. My husband is a chef and we have been together for 8 years. Our love for food was what we initially bonded over, and we have spent the past years exchanging, discovering, and perfecting a variety of recipes. 
 My goal here is to share my love for food with the world and teach everything I know about the art of crafting high quality dishes. Nothing gives me more joy than cooking for people and seeing them appreciate the result off years of passion, hard work, and dedication.
