About the Author: Belinda Wiley, a certified health coach, is passionate about holistic living. A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, she has also studied yoga therapy, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation at Ashram Yoga in Auckland, New Zealand. Wiley has practiced yoga for twenty-four years and during that time has taught yoga to both private and corporate clients. She is also a licensed HeartMath provider teaching simple techniques using our heart's energy to help heal our bodies. She is committed to helping anxious and stressed women restore their feelings of well-being and find a healthy balance.
