Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich Didaktik - BWL, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Note: 1,3, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Mit der Einführung des Lernfeldkonzepts an beruflichen Schulen durch das Sekretariat der Ständigen Konferenz der Kultusminister der Länder in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (KMK) Ende der neunziger Jahre geschah ein Wechsel weg von fachsystematisch orientierten Lehrplänen hin zu Lehrplänen, die sich an beruflichen Handlungen orientieren. Dadurch wird laut Clement (2003, S. 1) gehofft, dass das von vielen als obsolet bezeichnete Fächerprinzip nun durch eine handlungsorientierte Ausbildungsstruktur ersetzt wird. Auch bei der Lehrplanentwicklung für den Einzelhandel im Jahr 2004 wurde dieser neue Weg eingeschlagen. Beide Berufe, Verkäuferin/Verkäufer und Kauffrau/Kaufmann im Einzelhandel, sind seit Juni 2004 nach dem Lernfeldkonzept strukturiert (Dilger, Krakau, Rickes, Sloane & Tiemeyer, 2005, S. 3). Dieses neue Konzept stellte die Rahmenlehrplanausschüsse vor eine schwierige Aufgabe. Sie mussten ein neues und nur grob entwickeltes Curriculumkonzept so konkretisieren, dass mit ihm die angestrebten Ziele in der organisatorischen und didaktischen Planung des Unterrichts verwirklicht werden konnten. Auf der Schulebene ergab sich das gleiche Problem, hier mussten die Lernfelder unter den Rahmenbedingungen der jeweiligen Schulen in Lernsituationen konkretisiert und für den Unterricht aufbereitet werden (Bader, 2004, S. 11). Das Lernfeldkonzept soll nach Tramm (2003) den Stellenwert der Berufsschule im dualen System stärken und gleichzeitig den Bildungsauftrag der Berufsschule offensiv umsetzen. Zusätzlich soll es die Rolle der Berufsschule als Lernort stärken, nachdem diese in den 90er Jahren vor allem wegen der nicht berufsbezogenen Fächer und ihrem allgemeinen Bildungsauftrag von Wirtschaftsverbänden und Kammern kritisiert wurde (ebd.).
