About the Author: John D Williams is from England and is an award winning photographer providing visual images as an invigorating form of visual art. He is aged 43 and has spent many years in other countries; he is currently living in Russia with his wife and daughter. His key areas of photography art revolve around "Street Photography", "Landscape", "Macro work", "Documentary", "Commercial Photography" and "Experimental Post-Processing." He studied Film and Culture at a prominent London University where he honed his visual accuracy through textual analysis of modern and historic film, as well as understanding the importance of cultural icons in shaping our belief systems. His primary photographic equipment is a Nikon D750, with 20mm, 50mm and 90mm Macro lens. Understanding storytelling through the visual medium has required John D Williams to discover the compositional techniques of great photographers, as well as masters of original painted canvas and artworks. He currently works at promoting his online art galleries as well as selling photograph art books and submitting commercial photography images to major stock agencies, in Royalty Free, Editorial, and Rights Managed license formats. The artist John D Williams believes in the power of the photographic image to transcend all language barriers. Each image he creates reaches out to the viewer, creating the power to move, by offering highly original and strikingly beautiful emotions. His primary interest is in black and white; however he appreciates the significance and function of color imagery.
