Magisterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Heilpädagogik, Sonderpädagogik, Note: 1,0, Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main (Erziehungswissenschaften (Fachbereich 04)), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Wer bei kindlichem Stottern berät, begibt sich in einen dynamischen Informationsaustausch mit dem zu Beratenden und verfolgt das Ziel, der Komplexität und Individualität des Phänomens Stottern gerecht zu werden, indem keine einseitig gedachten Therapien eingeleitet werden und andererseits alle denkbaren Möglichkeiten bei der Behandlung des Individuums Berücksichtigung und in Form von besprochenen und vereinbarten Therapiemaßnahmen Anwendung finden. Vorab ist zunächst festzuhalten, dass es nach den neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen keinen allgemein gültigen wirksamsten Ansatz gibt, sondern nur die optimale individuelle Methodenkombination für ein Kind und seine Familie. Die Effizienz dieser Methodenkombination ist, und hier schließt sich der Kreis, abhängig von dem gemeinsamen Austausch des Therapeuten, des Patienten und der Eltern. Nur auf diese Weise können Therapieerfolge und -misserfolge kenntlich gemacht und effiziente Methoden wirksam eingesetzt werden. Diese Arbeit beruht auf der Annahme einer individuellen Ursachenkombination nach multikausaler Theorie und ist auf den einzelnen Patienten im Sinne der idiographischen Sichtweise bezogen. Die idiographische Sichtweise erweitert die bisherigen Ausführungen dadurch, indem sie davon ausgeht, dass jede sprachliche Auffälligkeit in der Lage ist, ihre eigene biographische Vorgeschichte und ihre eigene Problematik vorzuweisen. Das entsprechende diagnostisch-therapeutische Konzept berücksichtigt vorhandene Ressourcen und Kompetenzen betroffener Personen. Nach Iven (1995) besteht die Aufgabe der Therapeutin darin, eine therapeutische Beziehung zu schaffen, in der Selbstreflexion und eigengesteuerte Handlungsalternative möglich werden.
