About the Author: Nikolay Kondratyevich Yurkov is Honored scientist of the Russian Federation, Professor, Doctor of technical science, currently Head of the Department of "Design and Production of Radio Equipment" at Penza State University. He is the author of more than 550 scientific works, including 13 monographs, 2 textbooks and several study guides. His research interests are in the area of reliability improvement of airborne radio electronic equipment.
Alexey Yevgenyevich
Bukharov obtained his Ph.D. of Tech. Science and is currently Vice-CEO of JSC Ural Design & Engineering Company "Detal". His research interests are in the area of reliability improvement of airborne radio electronic equipment.
Dmitry Alexandrovich Zatuchny is Associate professor, Doctor of technical science and Professor at the Department of Computation Machines, Complexes, Systems and Networks at Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. He is the author of more than 140 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 6 textbooks, 1 patent on invention and 6 state registered computer programs. He was responsible for a number of research projects on ensuring the functioning of modern navigation systems in civil aviation aircraft and air traffic control.
