About the Author
Annu Kaushik, M.Sc. Nursing, is currently working as General Manager—Nursing Education and Training at Columbia Asia Hospitals, Delhi. She has more than 16 years of clinical and teaching experience. She has done her B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. Nursing from Delhi University. She is currently pursuing my Ph.D. in nursing. She has attended various national and international conferences, and has various national and international published articles to his credit. His main area of interest is developing specialized nursing modules, conducting research in hospitals to enhance quality of nursing care. She has taken varied nursing roles starting from bedside nurse, public health nurse to NCLEX trainer, training head, etc. She has worked in both public and corporate settings.
