About the Author: I am an author, speaker and sales coach. I am not the classic sales author or trainer. Most sales books and training are targeted toward the top 20% performers who are already successful. While I honor and love top performers they are not my primary audience. I am called to; The Newbie - those who are new to sales and nervous - scared of what to do...not knowing what comes next. The Wounded Warrior - those missing quotas and struggling financially.
