About the Author: Yogesh Borkar, a global investor, has 21 years of experience in global equity investing and research across 45 developed and emerging markets. During his career, he has worked at Fidelity Investments, DuPont Capital Management, ValueQuest/TA, and the Center for International Financial Analysis & Research. Borkar began conducting equity research on Indian and global MNCs in 1987 in Mumbai, inspired by the Graham-Dodd, Warren Buffett and Templeton styles of investing before moving to the USA. He has been quoted on international equities in Barron's, Forbes, Financial Times, The Institutional Investor, Global Finance, Global Custodian, Public Accounting Report, and India Abroad. He co-founded the Global Investing Club at Yale in 1995. He has an MBA from Yale University and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
