Timely, amazing and inspiring book!
A talented, seasoned writer presents his personal journey reversing type two diabetes, kidney disease, and heart disease. This book is well researched and a first hand depiction of longevity approaches many of which mirror blue zone research findings and principles. Happy 90th birthday Mr. Bautista!
