Nia MacQueen is an experienced mainstream and additional learning needs teacher, Head teacher and trainer. She also led on behaviour for learning and its development at the Courtyard AP Academy.

Patricia Day is an advisory teacher with extensive experience as a classroom teacher, outreach behaviour support teacher, consultant and trainer. She also led on the development of assessment of 'Behaviour for Learning' across the Primary Inclusion Development Service.
