About the Book

In Overcoming: A Survival Guide for Change Agents, Greg Wallace speaks to the heart and soul of those who undertake the intricate journey of organizational change. With a voice of experience and proven success, Greg addresses the mechanics of the change initiative from the perspective of a topic rarely covered in business literature: the ups and downs change agents face. In sharing his own story, Greg gets personal. With a keen sense of the realities on the ground and the questions that cross the change agent's mind, he offers transparent, heartening, and instructive insights to strengthen and encourage his peers worldwide.
About the Author: Greg Wallace has a passion for helping leaders build healthy organizations that consistently meet their definition of success; he brings a wealth of professional experience doing just that in the corporate arena, as an educator, and in non-profit environments. His personal pursuits incorporate his passion for helping leaders. He has volunteered as a board member, consultant, facilitator, and extra pair of hands for mission-minded organizations for more than 20 years. Greg regularly teaches, writes, and consults on leadership and organizational effectiveness. He has a particular affinity for helping people navigate change. Greg has successfully implemented change in a variety of contexts, taught organizational change in graduate business schools, and he recently completed his first book on change: Overcoming: A Survival Guide for Change Agents. Greg holds a bachelor's degree from Cal State Northridge in political science, a law degree from UCLA, a certificate in Executive Education from UCLA's Anderson School of Business, and a master's degree from Azusa Pacific University in Human and Organizational Development. Greg is married to Linda Wallace and together they parent a blended family of four children, Donavin, Judy, Tiffany, and Justin and six grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla, Talia, Cassius, Asia, and Kaialyn.
