To many, The One Book might seem abstract, but also to many others, explaining the sensations of spiritual journeying into other realms is an abstract process. The surface of this text is quite abstract indeed, but, akin to those higher realms that we may find abstract from here, The One Book is written with those higher realms of perception and planes of being as the surface of The One Book!
