About the Author: Sophie Venable holds two degrees in psychology, including a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy, and has a long history in theatre arts. For more than a decade, she has dedicated herself to encouraging women to lead more fulfilling lives through her work as a psychologist, life coach, and childbirth educator. She enjoys scuba diving, hot yoga, and competitive ballroom dance. She is the proud mother of two daughters.
