About the Book
*Hey Skinny, Are You Seeking an Easy Quick Way to Gain Brawn?*
Learn How I Gained Muscle Mass Without Weights, Shakes, Dieting, or Meat!(They didn't think I could do it being vegetarian, you should've seen the look on their faces when they saw my pecs!)
Making the mistake of working out till failure is why most people are not getting the results they seek. The whole "No Pain, No Gain" crap is the reason why so many are dangerously pushing themselves harder, yet still scrawny. Sports science is clear, high tension delivers and it does not depend on time. You can get the exercise done in the time it takes to go to the gym. When I was living in Florida, things were rough as I had left the college I was at, and was struggling to figure stuff out. I wasn't sure what I was doing in life, but I had dreams and attaining a muscular physique was one of them.
Through discipline and focus, I was able to do multiple sets of one leg squats for reps. Diamond pushups built up my chest; I was surprised at my reflection in the mirror as I looked like a man. Clapping pushups enabled me to do door pull-ups for reps when previously I couldn't even do one. I bulked up despite being mostly vegan (had pizza on occasion). Later, I met someone who hadn't seen me in a while, and he asked if I had been lifting weights. I said no, but he said I looked strong. That was over a decade ago, but later when I came home after being stranded on an island amongst other misadventures (long story), I needed to get back into shape. While what I did previously worked, I wanted to put on more mass. Then I realized all you need is two sets of only two exercises. It works by doing your max every workout, but distributing it over two sets using fixed percentages. Then you increase by 1 rep every session done twice a week.
Perfect for Busy Professionals and Students Who Cannot Devote a lot of Time to the Gym(Don't Let Lock Down Stop You From Building Muscle & Might)
Body-weight training is ideal because it's accessible and safe, making it incredibly effective for getting workouts done anytime anywhere. You can do it in between classes, during lunch breaks, or anytime you get a spare minute as they literally take seconds to do. This puts power in your hands as you no longer have to depend on circumstance, you don't need to pay for expensive gym membership or weight sets. Lock down took away access to gyms, and with the vaccine requirement, the unvaccinated have to improvise. Calisthenics is your ticket to muscle and might without needing any equipment. There's no reason you why shouldn't be be able to get fit due to lock down, or lack of equipment. Your body is everything you need, and you'd be surprised how amazing results you can get.
If a Vegetarian College Student Can Do It, Why Can't You?
I had no protein shakes, dealt with maniac stress, no weights, and no meat. Not to mention I had a 120-mile daily commute to grad school. If I can do you it, so can you.
For less than the cost of a gym membership, you can get the book in your hands and learn how to gain muscle.
Can you afford not to become your absolute best?
