That was over a decade ago, but later when I came home after being stranded on an island amongst other misadventures (long story), I needed to get back into shape. While what I did previously worked, I wanted to put on more mass. Then I realized all you need is two sets of only two exercises. It works by doing your max every workout, but distributing it over two sets using fixed percentages. Then you increase by 1 rep every session done twice a week.
