About the Author: Irene Rizzo has been keeping people motived to stay fit and healthy for thirty years. She owns her own private Pilates studio in Locust Valley, New York, where she coaches clients on overall Fitness and Nutrition. Based on her belief that real mind and body principles are too often ignored, Rizzo decided to write the Mountain of Youth. She believes there is no such thing as a quick fix-and that loading up on medications or going on crash diets will never accomplish what a true lifestyle change can.
She holds top certifications for personal training, nutrition, strength, and the method of Joseph Pilates and is a member of the American Academy of Drugless Practitioners.
