About the Author: Dr. Frank Bryce McCluskey earned his PhD in Philosophy from the New School for Social Research before becoming a National Endowment for the Humanities Post-Doctoral Fellow at Yale University. He was Dean of Online Learning at Mercy College and Provost of the American Public University System. He has published many scholarly articles and has lectured all over the world.
McCluskey currently lives in Delray Beach, Florida, where he is hard at work researching the best rum bars in South Florida.
