When asked about her writing Jo Ann said that she gets emotionally involved in her characters and lives their part, if not physically then mentally. She becomes one of them right to the very end. When this happens, she knows that she's on to something. This was very true with A Matter of Choice. She not only lived it, she loved it and hopes that you do the same.
