About the Author: Aruna Byers coined the term Awakening Coach to describe her unique approach to life coaching, focusing on her clients' spiritual awakening, rather than their material-world accomplishments. After working as an art teacher, an entrepreneur, and an award-winning realtor, she traveled the world for seven years as a messenger for Ascended Master Saint Germain. Along the way she was trained and certified in numerous forms of psychotherapy, supporting her own transformation and qualifying her to facilitate personal development workshops and transformational healing sessions in addition to channeling. While living in Germany she co-authored a book that provided the public with an NLP "model" of channeling. What she didn't know was that Saint Germain was also preparing her to meet Papaji, the Indian guru who would catalyze her Self-realization in 1993. Once awake, Aruna could see that she had been depressed her entire life and looked forward to enjoying the "ultimate freedom" However, she soon discovered that her initial realization was just the beginning of an ongoing process that would eventually lead to that level of freedom IF she could face all of her life's circumstances with a silent mind and open heart.
