About the Author: Stephen Daguio grew up in the Hawaiian Islands with his large family, who lived and worked on a pineapple plantation. He graduated from Radford High School on Oahu, and later attended college in southern California. As you'll learn from Steve's story, he had to leave college and his cherished dream of attaining a university degree, when he realized he could no longer financially afford to continue his education. Subsequently, he decided to go to a trade school at the Santa Ana Fire Academy, where he became a certified firefighter for the state of California. With a continuous desire to learn, Steve continued his education and today he is an Applied Kinesiologist, who has been in the profession for 20 years. Always enthusiastic about developing ideas, Steve's entrepreneurial spirit has also led him to work in a number of different health-related businesses. He is an experienced public speaker and has trained thousands of people in marketing, sharing the training stages with icons in marketing like Lee Iacoca and Brian Tracy. He has also attended many training sessions, led by such business notables and legends as Tony Robbins, General Schwarzkopf, Debbie Fields, Barbara Bush, Zig Ziglar, Peter Daniels, and Les Brown. Stephen has been an avid enthusiast and participant in sports for most of his life, both as a player and as a coach. He is also a musician who has been adept on a variety of musical instruments, including the piano, since he was a young teenager. Today, Stephen resides in southern California with his wife, Marsha. Although his two sons, Bryan and Brandon, are no longer living at home, there are two young girls: Molly and Primo (adopted puppies!) that are filling the gap!
