About the Author: Peter Winther er født i 1968 og har siden sin karrieres begyndelse i 1987 beskæftiget sig med adfærdspsykologi, ledelse, salg, marketing, CRM og CEM samt loyalitetsudvikling. Alt sammen både på strategisk, taktisk, konceptuelt og operationelt niveau. I mere end 30 år har han som henholdsvis sælger, kontaktchef, salgschef, salgs- og marketingdirektør samt ejer og direktør i egen konsulentvirksomhed arbejdet med og for en række nationale og internationale virksomheder i både ind- og udland. Gennem sin mangeårige karriere har Peter Winther arbejdet på både bureau- og kundeside og inden for såvel B2B, B2C og B2G, hvilket har gjort ham i stand til at gennemskue de dybereliggende sammenhænge i udviklingen af holistiske resultater, herunder loyalitet - både internt og eksternt i virksomheden. Med sin merkantile baggrund suppleret med diverse uddannelser inden for så forskelligartede felter som psykologi, MBA, assessor, CRM, loyalitet, marketing, salg, management, excellence, TQM, LEAN, DiSC, coaching, Net Promoter 2 Certificering m.m. er han i stand til at hæve sig op i helikopteren og se holistisk på alle problemstillinger, han bliver stillet over for. Hans ihærdige indsats har gennem tiden blandt andet afstedkommet 4 nomineringer til den danske Direct Marketing Pris - vel at mærke helt uden brug af et reklamebureau. Ligeledes har han siden 2006 haft det ærefulde hverv at sidde i dommerkomitéen for ECHO Awards, som er verdens største og mest prestigefulde loyalitetsudviklingskonference/ konkurrence, også benævnt som verdensmesterskaberne i Direct Marketing og loyalitetsudvikling, der afholdes i USA hvert år. Bogens forfatter er allerede en anerkendt skribent og international foredragsholder. Det er blevet til et utal af både on- og offline seminarer og foredrag, og blandt meget andet har han været inviteret til London af det britiske handelskammer for sammen med Bain & Company (opfinderne af Net Promoter Score), LEGO, KONE m.fl. at give sit besyv med på, hvordan man kan implementere en succesfuld strategi inden for holistisk loyalitetsudvikling.
