About the Author: "Life's an...Unplayable Lie' is author Angelo Spagnolo's initial foray into the world of book publishing. While he earned a degree in Journalism from Point Park University in Pittsburgh in 1976 and did work for five years in the newspaper business, he eventually found himself working in his family's supermarket business. After 25 years in supermarketing (which he compares to at least 50 years in any other career) he was more than ready for retirement and decided to finally work on that book that his family had so often encouraged him to write during years when he was far too distracted to do it. 'Life/'s an...Unplayable Lie' is a 'golf autobiography and it describes in great details Spagnolo's journey into the netherworld of golf Hades where he would eventually emerge as the unquestioned 'Worst Avid Golfer' in the history of the game. All in all, this book is great fun and teaches a very strong lesson about how not taking yourself too seriously can actually lead to many good things.
