Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulpädagogik, Note: 1,0, Pädagogische Hochschule Oberösterreich, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In den neuen Mittelschulen wird aktuell eine neuartige Unterrichtsmethode angewandt, das Teamteaching. Der einzige Unterschied zum herkömmlichen Unterrichten besteht darin, dass sich ohne Ausnahme immer zwei Lehrkräfte gemeinsam im Klassenraum befinden. Diese Methode bietet den Vorteil, dass auf die unterschiedlichen Ansprüche und Leistungsniveaus der SuS adäquat eingegangen werden kann. Jedoch ist aber vor allem von den Lehrkräften ein hohes Maß an Kompetenz erforderlich, da die Schüler und Schülerinnen nur davon profitieren können, wenn die verschiedenen Unterrichtsmethoden der Lehrpersonen optimal aufeinander abgestimmt sind. Vorzugsweise sollten sich die Lehrkräfte ergänzen und sich nicht ins Wort fallen oder gar den Kollegen vor der gesamten Klasse bloßzustellen. Dies ist für Schüler und Schülerinnen keine Hilfestellung, sondern vielmehr irritierend und der eigentliche Sinn des Teamteachings geht verloren. Im Zuge unseres Praktikums durften wir als Hospitanten an einer derartigen Unterrichtsstunde teilnehmen. Unser Praxispädagoge unterrichtete gemeinsam mit einer Kollegin in der 3. Klasse Mathematik, genauer Algebra. Beide Lehrkräfte hatten unterschiedliche Aufgaben: Während die weibliche Lehrperson zu Beginn der Einheit den theoretischen Input übernahm, stand die Lehrkraft bei Rückfragen der SuS zur Verfügung. In dieser Klasse herrschte eine sehr hohe Heterogenität, manche SuS konnten die vorgegebenen Beispiele auf Anhieb korrekt lösen, während andere auch nach einer fünfminütigen individuellen Betreuung einige Schwierigkeiten hatten. Speziell auf diese Unterrichtsstunde bezogen hat sich das Teamteaching meines Erachtens trotzdem als erfolgreich herausgestellt, da unser Praxispädagoge adäquat auf die unterschiedlichen Leistungsniveaus eingehen konnte, um so den individuellen Lernprozess der SuS zu förder
