Con poemas escritos entre 1969 y 1972, en Irás y no volverás José Emilio Pacheco plasmó una huella antes de que ésta fuera borrada por las arenas del tiempo, mediante su oficio que es remembranza y nostalgia, último «testimonio del momento inasible».

With poems written between 1969 and 1972, in Irás y no volverás (You Will Go and You Will Not Return) José Emilio Pacheco captured a mark before it was erased by the sands of time, through his profession that is remembrance and nostalgia, the last "testimony of the ungraspable moment".
