"Die Basis der demokratischen Diktatur des Volkes ist das Bündnis der Arbeiterklasse, der Bauernschaft und des städtischen Kleinbürgertums (...)". Damit legte Mao Zedong in seinen "Ausgewählten Werken" die Art der Herrschaftsausübung der kommunistischen Partei fest und bestimmte damit sogleich die zugehörigen Bevölkerungsteile, die diese Herrschaft ausüben sollte. Doch auch bereits auf früheren Parteitagungen der Kommunistischen Partei wurde von Mao Zedong die Diktatur des Volkes und die Volksdemokratie als eine Steigerung oder sogar als die beste Form aller bestehenden Staatengebilde verdeutlicht. Somit sollte die am 1. Oktober 1949 ausgerufene Volksrepublik eine Krönung aller bisher da gewesenen Herrschaftssysteme darstellen, die beste Form für die Verwirklichung des Menschen repräsentieren und durch die sogenannte demokratische Alleinherrschaft des Volkes vorgelebt werden. Anhand dieser Bekanntgabe Mao Zedongs und der kommunistischen Partei ließ sich also auf die Gründung eines Staates schließen, in dem das Volk herrschte und die Interessen des Volkes durch die Staatspolitik Ausdruck fanden und verwirklicht wurden. Die vorliegende Hausarbeit greift nun im Rahmen des politischen Systems das Thema der von Mao Zedong propagierten Volksdiktatur auf und untersucht die damit verbundene Interessenartikulation. Denn kann nicht erst eine Volksherrschaft durch die Verwirklichung der artikulierten Interessen der Bevölkerung ausgeübt werden?
