Wissen und Können sind die Produktionsfaktoren der Zukunft. Diese entwickeln die Individuen in ihrer persönlichen Lernbiografie, die sie zum lebenslangen Lernen motivieren und befähigen sollte. In der Unterrichtsgestaltung ist es notwendig, dass Verantwortung für die Entwicklung des selbstregulierten Lernens übernommen wird. Für die gezielte Unterstützung dieser individuellen Kompetenzentwicklung ist es wichtig, dass Lehrende die Interdependenzen der kognitiven, motivationalen und emotionalen Regulations- und Interaktionsmechanismen in selbstregulierten Lernprozessen kennen und diese im Lehr-Lern-Arrangement auch umsetzen können. Die Ausführungen dieses Buches zeigen diese Interdependenzen anhand einer dreidimensionalen Sicht des selbstregulierten Lernens auf. Die Perspektiven der Regulationsebenen, der Prozessphasen und der Komponenten des selbstregulierten Lernens werden miteinander verknüpft und integriert betrachtet. Im Fokus stehen die Konsequenzen und Empfehlungen für ein optimales Lehr-Lern-Prozess-Design, welches die Entwicklung zum lebenslangen Lernen fördert.
About the Author: Corinna Weber, Jahrgang 1963, studierte an der TU-Berlin Betriebswirtschaft. Sie war anschließend 15 Jahre als SAP-Projektmanagerin und -beraterin tätig. Die Begleitung ihrer Kinder im deutschen Schulsystem sowie eigene umfangreiche Erfahrungen als Dozentin eröffneten ihr weitreichende Einblicke in die Lehr-Lern-Prozesse von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen. Das daraus resultierende Interesse an den Einflussfaktoren der Lernprozesse veranlasste sie zu einem Ergänzungsstudium im Fach Wirtschaftspädagogik. Zurzeit ist sie an einer berufsbildenden Schule als Lehrkraft tätig. Die Erkenntnis der Notwendigkeit, dass Individuen die Befähigung zum lebenslangen Lernen nur durch die Fähigkeit des selbstregulierten Lernens erwerben, motivierte sie, die Regulations- und Interaktionsmechanismen im selbstregulierten Lernprozess näher zu analysieren.
