About the Book

Diane knows what it feels like to be on the run, involved peripherally in not just one, but two, Senators' murders and she is scared. Or she should be. She has tried to ignore the bucking bronco of her past and is attempting the same now. But can she do it yet again? And who will she ensnare in her careening ways? And whoever that might be, death seems to litter her personal landscape. Partners beware! The weave that Diane brings to the lives that she touches expands beyond two murders. She stumbles upon a cult that worships the power of the legendary Aaron's rod as well. This cult believes in the reality of the myth. It is the concept of myth as certainty and for the rod to be employed for a small group's cunning and boundless urges for dominion over one and all. Will she be buffeted beyond her abilities to control anything at all? This is the continued, monumental Isat Saga employed in the prior books from Eyes of a Pagan Queen, through White Scream, to Scythian Sorrows. The combination of steamy eroticism, facts and myths out of history, the drama of Washington DC politics and the maneuvers within, crucial moral and ethical issues, and mystery's absolute surprises blend to make the woof and warp of this book fascinating and a must read. To contemplate reading Indecent Diane is to be on the cusp of a great adventure. Move from that cusp and belt up for the wild ride! It will be the most fun had in many a turn of the page.
About the Author: Jeffrey Underwood graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in psychology. Though he has practiced as a Registered Nurse for many years, he comes from a family of traditionally published authors. His first published work was the Forbidden Tome; Hansel and Gretel's True Tale. His second was entitled Lethal Assumed; Lost Tome Found. Three more books in the Entity Saga and three in the Isat Saga, written dually, fall under his and coauthor Kate Taylor's rubric. He currently resides in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, a suburb of Seattle and hopes that those who read Indecent Diane, also co-written with Kate Taylor, will relish the possible conclusion in this wonderfully satisfying second Saga of Kate and Jeff's. Kate Taylor is nationally certified as an Activities Director and has award winning history working in Activities in long term care and is a Licensed Nursing Assistant, as well. She is also talented in the world of watercolor and enjoys playing the piano. They say that no one lives in New Hampshire, but Kate does. She resides in the small town of Jaffrey. She has much to share in the way of writing, and she hopes that all who read this tale of fact and fiction will want for more. Her first work as an established author is entitled The Pink Eraser. Kate Taylor collaborated with Jeffrey Underwood on six prior novels entitled Treason's Truth; Mac Alpin's Scotland, Eagle's Eclipse; America Before Columbus, Tasman's Travail; The Journey Down Under, Eyes Of A Pagan Queen, White Scream, and Scythian Sorrows. Their most recent tales have been Sonnet In Red Ink and preludes to Indecent Diane: Eyes of a Pagan Queen, White Scream, and Scythian Sorrows. These four constitute the Isat Saga for the moment. Indecent Diane becomes one of an expanding library of serious efforts at writing. Kate and Jeff are presently considering continuing the Isat Saga. On a playful level, Kate and Jeff have also combined in writing The Rule of Thumb & Fingers, a texter's bible with lots of laughs, and Sock Monkey Life, which is full of sheer creativity. Jeff and Kate met online and found that their collaborative interests meshed splendidly. This novel is an example of that blending of gusto for writing that they both certainly have. By the by, Kate and Jeff have accomplished all via texts and/or email. They have yet to meet. But they will.
