Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: "Von Rathäusern bis Legehennen wird alles geleast. Mit dieser Aussage bringt der Vorsitzende des Leasingsenats beim Bundesgerichtshof die Situation auf den Punkt" - Leasing als Finanzierungsform von Wirtschaftsgütern gleich welcher Art hat sich in der Volkswirtschaft etabliert. Mit der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit wird der Versuch unternommen, speziell für das Immobilien-Leasing einen aktuellen Überblick über das Wesen, leasingrelevante Objekte und in der Praxis bedeutsame Leasing-Vertrags-Modelle zu geben. Die Basis für die Ausführungen dieser Arbeit ist das erlaßkonforme Finanzierungsleasing, das in Deutschland die wichtigste Leasingform darstellt. Dabei bedarf es der notwendigen Anmerkung, daß die Arbeit so aufgebaut ist, daß sie lediglich allgemeine Grundlagen thematisiert, denn das Thema "Leasing bzw. Immobilien-Leasing" an sich ist zu heterogen und zu umfassend, als daß es im Rahmen dieser Arbeit vollständig dargestellt werden könnte.
