I am Jennifer Bulbrook, the Founder and Owner of the new Canadian Brand, I Am Somebody, and I will be your person to help you to your brand-new life, which is waiting for you within these pages. I hope to be able to not only inspire you but to teach you the tools and skills you need to fulfil your dreams and to stand proud as you scream, I Am Somebody

I was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, the middle child of a loving family. I have a background in Child and Youth Work as well as Law. Most recently I studied under the amazing Brooke Castillo at The Life Coach School and am now a Certified Life Coach and am here to guide you to an emotionally balanced life.

I have a history with mental health, having spent most of Grade Nine in the psychiatric ward for depression, self-harm, and suicide attempts. At the age of 15, I turned to drugs - anything I could get my hands on. While addicted to drugs and partying every day, at the age of 17, I became pregnant. I was so excited and filled with joy, as I was going to have the baby. Growing up, I had always wanted someone to love me and for me to love them. Unfortunately, things didn't work out as perfectly, as this was when my alcohol addiction began.

I have been working on these Self Transformation Planners, unlike any ordinary planner you have ever had or seen before; I have specifically designed each of these to contain the tools you need to change your life and feel true happiness and succeed in all that you do. Our Transformation Planners feature self-development strategies, each specifically geared towards topics such as self-worth, depression, anxiety, etc.

I am here to serve you in any way I can, whether it be talking through your issues with me one-on-one, using my amazing and specifically designed planners or joining our incredible VIP community.
