Over the years he served in many positions from Administrator to Divisional Vice President. His responsibilities included operational oversight of Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Senior Residential Complexes, and Continuing Care Retirement Campuses. In addition, Mr. Hayes experienced the heart-rending decision to place a loved one into a long term care facility. By personal sad experience he has a unique insight of how difficult this process can be.
