Die heterogen katalysierte Reaktivdestillation ist eine Verfahrensvariante, derin der Chemischen Industrie eine hohe Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet wird, die aber wegen technischer Unsicherheiten verbunden mit fehlender Erfahrung noch vergleichsw eise selten zum Einsatz kommt. Mit dem Ziel einer erhohten Realisierungssicherheit wird in dieser Arbeit eine detaillierte Analyse der Einflussfaktoren auf dieses Verfahren am Beispiel der gleichgewichtslimitierten Veresterungsreaktion von Hexanol mit Essigsaure zu Hexylacetat und Wasser durchgefuhrt. Der eingesetzte Katalysator ist Amberlyst CSP2. Neben der Hauptreaktion ist die Bildung von Hexen und Dihexylether in Nebenreaktionen relevant. Diese Arbeit zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie umfassend sowohl uber die experimentelle Seite als auch die der Modellierung und Simulation berichtet. Mit Reaktivdestillationsexperimenten im Labor- und im Pilotmassstab wird die grosste v eroffentlichte Datenbasis dieses Verfahrens geschaffen. Diese Experimente sind der Vergleichsmassstab zur Beurteilung von Modellierung und Simulation. Weiterhi n werden insbesondere Reaktionskinetik und Phasengleichgewichte detailliert untersucht, um eine vollstandige, validierte Stoffdatenbasis -- die Voraussetzung einer sinnvollen Simulation -- bereit zu stellen. Fur die Simulation werden sowo hl das Gleichgewichtsstufenmodell als auch das rate-based Modell verwendet. DerSchlussel zur erfolgreichen Simulation der Reaktivdestillation liegt in der Ubertragbarkeit der im Laborreaktor ermittelten Reaktionskinetik auf die Bedingung en in der Reaktivdestillation. In diesem Zusammenhang dienen Experimente in einem Rieselbettreaktor der Untersuchung und Quantifizierung des Einflusses der Fluiddynamik. Daruber hinaus werden praktische Aspekte bezuglich Reaktionszonendimensionierung und Nebenreaktionen ebenfalls diskutiert. Mit den Methoden und Erfahrungen dieser Arbeit werden massgebliche Beitrage zum sicheren Design und Scale-up der heterogen katalysierten Reaktivdestillation geleistet.
