  • 1830: México prohíbe a los estadounidenses establecerse en Texas - En respuesta al creciente desafío, México promulga leyes para impedir nuevos asentamientos estadounidenses en Texas.

Acto 3: La Revolución de Texas y sus consecuencias
  • 1835: La Revolución de Texas - Estalla la revolución y la familia de Martín se ve profundamente involucrada en la lucha por la independencia de Texas.
  • 1836: Fernando y Silvestre son arrestados por el ejército mexicano - La tragedia llega cuando los hijos de Martín son arrestados por el ejército mexicano, acusados de traidores.
