La globalización propone un nuevo juego de interrelaciones entre los poderes establecidos y otros nuevos que se instalan, configurando un complejo marco, con límites y espacios que aún están por ser descifrados. Este trabajo presenta un análisis a partir de cuatro aspectos (cultura y sociedad; identidad; ambiente económico; y Estado-nación y poder), proponiendo elementos básicos que permiten profundizar en este fenómeno tan particular como controversial. Además, se incluyen reflexiones éticas y morales, e ideas para medirla. El objetivo final es el de ayudar a los factores de decisión -funcionarios, ejecutivos e individuos- a encontrar mejores respuestas a la globalización, la que ha cambiado la fisonomía de mucho de lo conocido.
