About the Book

You will laugh. You will cry. You will cheer... for Gino's Mom. I'm afraid...um...I'm afraid that his prognosis is not good. There are a lot of unknowns...Major organs are likely affected." When Macy remained silent, the doctor looked to her parents for help, but they were not going to be the ones to tell their daughter that her baby was dying. Finally, he asked, "Do you have any questions?" Macy's demeanor changed in an instant. The faraway look disappea
