Die Neurowissenschaften behaupten ein neues "nicht-individualisiertes" Menschenbild und stellen dadurch seit geraumer Zeit zentrale Kategorien der Gesellschafts- und insbesondere Rechtswissenschaft in Frage: Freiheit, Schuld, Verantwortung und Autonomie. Mit diesen Grundlagenfragen setzten sich Vertreter der Hirnforschung, Kognitionspsychologie, Philosophie und Rechtswissenschaft anlasslich eines Symposiums der Schweizerischen Vereinigung fur Rechts- und Sozialphilosophie auseinander.
