Apostle Winston George Baker was born and raised in Savanna-La- Mar, Westmoreland and has fathered six beautiful children. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour at the Holiness Born Again Apostolic Church in Savanna- La-Mar, on October 6, 1996. Apostle Baker was ordained Pastor in 2006, Elder in 2009 and was installed as Bishop in 2011 at the Word of Wisdom Apostolic Church. Apostle Baker is a man of profound faith and wisdom, a great leader and teacher whose life is epitomized by the Word.
On October 26, 2012, Apostle Baker founded the King Jesus Pentecostal Fellowship Church which has now expanded to four locations locally - Red Hills Road in Kingston, Sheffield, Fort William and Petersville in Westmoreland. The church also expanded internationally, to Orlando Florida, and Maryland in the United States of America. Additionally, there are branches in Birmingham, London and Manchester in the United Kingdom and a branch in Belgium. From the very onset of his ministry Apostle Baker's passion for the kingdom was evident.
The Lord has been faithful to his Word, and thousands of souls have been added to the church and were baptized in the name of Jesus. This man of God has the anointing of the Lord heavily upon his life. He has been used by the Lord over the years to heal the bodies from diverse infirmities such as HIV, cancer, diabetes, hypertension, fibroids, and kidney disease. The sight of the blind has been restored, the ear of the deaf open, demons cast out, babies talking to the Apostle from the womb, and even the dead brought back to life. Still, Apostle remains humble, knowing that the miracles, signs and wonders, that the Lord has used him to manifest on the Earth, are all for God's Glory. Under the mantle of the Great Commission, found in Mark 16:15, Apostle has carried the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos, United States of America, Israel, Bahamas, St. Maarten, Antigua, the United Kingdom and across the island of Jamaica.
Apostle Baker was inspired by the Lord to author three dynamic books, "Warring Unclean Spirits "(2016), The Leader Who Covers (2017), "The Kingdom Mandate " (2019), and his current book- "From the Guttermost to the Uttermost".
