This is what led Chef Celia to make changes in her way of cooking. So, she embarked on creating and modifying delicious recipes using simple, nutritious ingredients that yield enjoyable food. She has put together a guide of essential knowledge and skills we all need to possess to succeed in a healthy cooking lifestyle. The book includes hundreds of delicious recipes, from breakfast items to appetizers, to sauces, to chicken, beef, fish, and vegetarian entrees, breads, pizza, desserts, and Holiday items.
