About Toni Noel Toni Noel's love of books started in childhood, when her mother first read The Five Little Peppers and How They Grew to her. That all changed when Toni went away to college and met her future husband her first week on campus. Early in their marriage she helped start church libraries in two rural Tennessee towns.
