About the Book

The NEWLY DISCOVERED Argument from Human Behavior has exceptional force because if our hard-to live-by sense of "wrong" (our sense of everyone's moral obligations) came from evolution, then why do we ALL take at least part of that sense of "wrong" seriously, as if it were authored by God AND enforced by God?! YES, EVERYONE behaves as if they have subconscious, indirect perceptions of a God who demands morality!! Think. Know thyself.

Nobody, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, would say to God on His Judgment Day: You should not punish me because it was impossible for me to achieve the certainty You existed. No one would be able to protest to God that they could not have known of His existence. Consequently, if the Biblical God exists, then a slam dunk argument for Him MUST also exist!

Furthermore, the Bible prophesies in Hebrews 8:11 that a slam dunk argument for God assuredly will be discovered! This verse says: And they shall not teach every man his neighbor and every man his brother, saying: Know the Lord. For ALL shall know me from the least to the greatest.

Here is the template for The Argument from Human Behavior:

Premise 1. We all behave as if we take at least part of our sense of "wrong" seriously.

Premise 2. We cannot take any part of our sense of "wrong" seriously unless we have God's existence written into our minds.

Conclusion. Therefore, we all behave as if we have God's existence written into our minds.

Corollary 1. It is highly unlikely that an outlandish quirk of evolution wrote the existence of a "God who demands morality" into everyone's mind.

Corollary 2. It is extremely probable that the Biblical God wrote His existence into everyone's mind, just as He promised to do.

This is the covenant I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts and in their minds will I write them. -Hebrews 10:16

Why haven't academic philosophers discovered this argument? They dismiss most writing that does not require philosophical training as "crude." However, Richard Swinburne came close to discovering this argument, when he noted: It is unlikely that our normative values of right and wrong would exist in a Godless universe. He stopped there, perhaps because many academics have a narrow area of expertise and limited Biblical knowledge. Matthew 11:25 says that God has hidden the deep Biblical concepts from the wise and prudent.

This Argument, however, has considerable expertise with its strong grasp of theology, the philosophy of science and the philosophy of language. Most importantly, its strongest grasp is of hidden Biblical concepts. Further, this argument understands that an OBJECTIVE PROOF OF GOD IS IMPOSSIBLE! Belief in God will always demand a step of faith. That step is: the faith that our sense of "wrong" accurately reveals what actually exists: God.

Is this the argument prophesied in Hebrews 8:11? If not, it is a HUGE step in that direction. Nonetheless, this book has been difficult to popularize because most people do not believe a slam dunk argument for God could possibly exist. YIKES!

However, if you are a seeker and do a little thinking, you might find that Biblical prophecy is happening right before your eyes!
