Team- und Gruppenfähigkeit und soziale und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, die die gesuchten Mitarbeiter mitbringen müssen. Betrachtet man jedoch unser momentanes Bildungssystem, so lässt dieses leider nur wenig Freiraum für kooperative Lernformen zu. Angesichts eines straffen Lehrplans stehen die Lehrkräfte vor der Herausforderung, den Schülern ein immenses Maß an Faktenwissen zu vermitteln. Damit stehen die Unternehmen vor der Situation, Auszubildende als auch Mitarbeiter mit abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildungen in ihre Organisation aufzunehmen, die oftmals diese gewünschten Schlüsselqualifikationen nur in unzureichendem Maß mitbringen. Daher muss neben der Vermittlung von firmenspezifischem Wissen ebenso sichergestellt werden, dass die Unternehmensmitglieder diese Fähigkeiten ausbauen bzw. erlernen und dies meist im Rahmen von Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen. Es stellt sich nun die Frage, in welcher Art und Weise Unternehmen das Vermitteln von Faktenwissen mit der Förderung der gewünschten sozialen Kompetenzen, Schnelligkeit und Effektivität vereinbaren können, denn der Bereich der Weiterbildung stellt für Unternehmen einen erheblichen Kostenfaktor dar. Als ein Ansatz werden in dieser Arbeit kooperative Lernmethoden als Alternative vorgestellt. Es sollen dabei effektive Wege gefunden werden, um gleichermaßen einem betrieblichen Kostenbewusstsein wie auch dem Bildungsanspruch der Human Ressources-Abteilungen Rechnung zu tragen.In der nachfolgenden Arbeit wird hierzu untersucht, ob sich der Einsatz der Puzzle-Methode in Weiterbildungsseminaren als kooperative Lernform eignet.
