Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Arbeit, Beruf, Ausbildung, Organisation, Note: 2,0, Universität Potsdam, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich maßgeblich mit der Frage, wie Entscheidungen in einem Unternehmen getroffen werden, welches ohne Hierarchien, also formal ohne Vorgesetzte, auskommt. Im Genaueren wird ein Unternehmen beleuchtet, welches sein Organisationsmodell vom hierarchischen auf das sogenannte "Beta"-Modell umgestellt hat. Es wird dabei untersucht, ob sich Machtbeziehungen unter den formal gleichgestellten Beschäftigten herausbilden. Die Analyse basiert auf fünf Interviews, welche mit Beschäftigten der Firma geführt wurden. Im Laufe der Arbeit wird herausgearbeitet, wie sich die Machtbeziehungen hier zeigen. Dazu wird insbesondere der Begriff des Führens eingeführt und anhand diesem die Aussagen der Beschäftigten analysiert. Um zu ergründen, ob das Abschaffen von Hierarchien und das Einführen formaler Gleichstellung der Beschäftigten allgemein auch eine Gleichstellung in Entscheidungsfragen bewirkt, lautet meine Forschungsfrage wie folgt: Wie werden Entscheidungen im "Beta-Modell getroffen? Dabei werde ich mich insbesondere darauf konzentrieren zu ergründen, wer Entscheidungen trifft und weshalb einzelne Personen Entscheidungen (vermehrt) treffen. Wie die zwei Unteraspekte der Forschungsfrage bereits implizieren, vermute ich, dass bestimmte Personen in Entscheidungsprozessen, trotz der formalen Hierarchiefreiheit, herausstechen und die Führung von einzelnen Personen übernommen wird. Meine These lautet somit, dass trotz der Gleichstellung im "Beta"-Modell Machtbeziehungen zwischen den Beschäftigten herrschen und dadurch in Entscheidungsfragen Führung realisiert wird. Mit Hilfe einer empirischen Untersuchung in Form von Interviews mit Beschäftigten des Unternehmens werde ich analysieren, wie Entscheidungen im "Beta"-Modell getroffen werden.
