Strength training is essential to all sports. It is well known that, increases in strength lead to greater force production and efficiency in performance. This is why we have identified it as one of the key physical attributes for Rugby and a player's long term physical development.

The strength programs have been designed not to just build your maximum strength, but your strength endurance as well. This will reduce the risk of injury and eradicate any muscular imbalances that have resulted from previous injury or poor training practices in the past.

Our strength programs prepare you for the next training level physically, so you can handle greater loads and move larger amounts of mass. Strength comes in many forms and in Rugby you are required to be strong through all planes of movement. Our programs accomplish this.

Purchase your ideal training program today and start your performance development journey, so you can achieve all your goals.
