About the Author:

Mark Anderson is Managing Partner of Anderson Law LLP and specialises in commercial transactions, particularly those involving IP issues. He has worked in this field for over 30 years. Most of his clients are technology-based companies and universities based in the UK, continental Europe of the United States. In recent years Mark has developed an interest in facilitating the negotiation of agreements and the resolution of commercial disputes; he has been instructed several times in such roles.
Together with other members of Anderson Law, Mark is the author of several legal textbooks, loose-leaf works and volumes of legal encyclopaedias in the areas of intellectual property and commercial law including A-Z Guide of Boilerplate and Commercial Clauses (4th Ed) and Technology Law (4th Ed) both published by Bloomsbury Professional.
Mark is the lead author of a legal blog, IP Draughts, which has won an American Bar Association award.
Mark is a visiting professor at the Faculty of Laws, University College London and chairman of the Law Society's Intellectual Property Law Committee.

Victor Warner is a solicitor at Anderson Law LLP specialising in intellectual property and technology law. Victor is the principal author of Technology Law (4th Ed) and co-author with Mark Anderson of A-Z Guide of Boilerplate and Commercial Clauses (4th Ed) a companion volume to Drafting and Negotiating Commercial Contracts, both published by Bloomsbury Professional.
Victor is also the principal author of several volumes of Encyclopaeida of Forms and Precedents, and co-author with Mark Anderson of Drafting Confidentiality Agreements and the Execution of Documents.
