Kapitel behandelt personale Emanzipation und Regression mit ihren Stilen und Niveaus im Hinblick auf primitive Gegenwart. dabei wird auch die Problematik des Selbstbewusstseins grundlich durchgearbeitet und eine eingehende Fichte-Deutung vorgelegt. Das 2. Kapitel beginnt mit dem ersten scharfen Beweis dafur, dass Dasein kein Attribut ist, und einer zugehorigen Charakteristik der Sachverhalte. darauf baut sich eine Theorie der allgemeinen Gegenstande auf, die den Universalienstreit durch scharfe Scheidung zwischen Arten, Halbarten, Gattungen und Typen phanomenologisch uberholt und aus Anlass der Gattungsumfange auch neue Gesichtspunkte fur die Grundlagenprobleme der Mathematik ergibt. Das 2. Kapitel schliesst mit einer anthropologischen Theorie der Negation. Das 3. Kapitel ersetzt die - durch Widerlegung der Introjektion uberfallig gewordene - herkommliche Personlichkeitstheorie mithilfe der Begriffe von personlicher Situation und personlicher Welt und entwickelt dabei eine differentielle Anthropologie, in der psychopathologische Themen (Depression, Anankasmus, Schizophrenie u. a. ausgiebig mitbehandelt werden. Das 4. Kapitel ist der Zeit, der Geschichtlichkeit der Person und der Geschichte gewidmet. Das 5. Kapitel erganzt den naturlichen Wahrheitsbegriff, der (auch mit formalistischen Mitteln) gegen die modernen logischen Bedenken (Antinomie des Lugners) verteidigt wird, durch eine normative Theorie der Tatsachlichkeit, die einige Zuge der Wahrheitslehre Rickerts weiterbildet, wahrend die der alteren Phanomenologen (Brentano, Husserl, Heidegger) anhand des Evidenzphanomens als Irrweg erwiesen wird. In diesem Zusammenhang werden Losungen fur Humes belief-Problem (Bestimmung des Glaubensbegriffs) und die Fragen des Wahrheitsrelativismus, der Skepsis und der Erkenntnis a priori erarbeitet.
