Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2012 im Fachbereich Medien / Kommunikation - Mediengeschichte, Note: 2,1, Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Zentrale Fragestellungen und Thesen: Was zeichnete die Arbeitsweise der ersten Journalisten aus, was charakterisiert den Berufsstand heute? Welchen (technischen) Mitteln wurde sich früher und heute bedient? Welche Konsequenzen lassen sich daraus ableiten? Inwiefern haben sich Intentionen für das Verfassen einer journalistischen Nachricht geändert? Aufgrund der umfassenden Thematik soll auf einige besonders wichtige Faktoren ein erhöhtes Augenmerk gelegt werden. So befasst sich die vorliegende Arbeit verstärkt mit zwei modernen Erscheinungen, die einen starken Einfluss auf den gegenwärtigen journalistischen Schaffensprozess ausüben: Zum einen spielen Multimedialität und Interaktivität neuer Medien wie dem Internet eine große Rolle. Die technische Entwicklung vollzieht sich durch alle Gesellschafts-schichten und wirkt sich somit auch auf journalistische Aktivitäten und Denkweisen aus. Wie werden vor diesem Hintergrund nachrichten-relevante Ereignisse wahrgenommen und vermittelt und wie unterscheidet sich dieser Prozess zur journalistischen Arbeit zu Beginn des 19. Jahrhunderts? In diesem Zusammenhang steht zum anderen das Phänomen des Laien- oder Bürgerjournalismus: In Zeiten des Internet wird es immer einfacher, auch ohne professionelle Ausbildung am journalistischen Schaffensprozess zu partizipieren. Von daher ist die Frage zu stellen, welchen Einfluss nutzergenerierte Nachrichten auf den professionellen Journalismus ausüben. Ausgehend von diesen Gedankengängen haben sich als Vorüberlegung drei Thesen herausgebildet, auf deren Grundlage diese Arbeit vorgehen wird: 1.
