Create from within Mandala is a coloring book for all ages that offers you the opportunity to engage with beautiful and entrancing images known as mandalas.
Imagery is a form of meditation, and meditation is a powerful tool for healing, restoring, and enlightening our bodies. The images in this book are nests of squares and circles. In the Hindu and Buddhist traditions, mandalas are sacred symbols that represent the entire cosmos, inviting the meditator to enter into another realm.
Used for prayer, meditation, and healing, mandalas enhance the mind-body-spirit connection, leading to health benefits such as a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure, reduced stress and depression, and better sleep.
In addition to these powerful effects, this Zen mandala coloring book also includes a creative dimension. So as you journey into your inner self, you'll find inspiration and personal growth with every new page.
Create from within Mandala can bring you comfort and relaxation-all while gently energizing your spirit and creativity.
