Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Allgemein, Note: 1,3, Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Da Lernprozesse von vielen kognitiven sowie nicht-kognitiven Persönlichkeitseigenschaften bedingt werden, richtet die Didaktik ihren Fokus verstärkt auf Differenzierungs- und Individualisierungsaspekte. Durch ein differenziertes Unterrichtsangebot können die zu vermittelnden Inhalte, die Lernstile sowie die Aufgabenstellung bestmöglich individuell auf die einzelnen Lernenden abgestimmt werden. Als ausgesprochen vorteilhaft für die Individualisierung der Lehr-Lernprozesse erweisen sich E-Learning Plattformen, da hierbei die individuellen Bedürfnisse berücksichtigt werden, indem der Lernende sein Lerntempo, die Auswahl der Lernmaterialien sowie seine Lernstile und Präferenzen selbst anpassen bzw. auswählen kann. Ein weiterer Vorteil manifestiert sich darin, dass die Lehrenden durch E-Learning in die Lage versetzt werden, außerhalb der Präsenzphase mit den Lernenden individuell zu kommunizieren. Allerdings kristallisierte sich mit der Zeit heraus, dass computerunterstütztes Lernen alleine oftmals nicht ausreicht, um den nötigen Lernerfolg der Lernenden zu erzielen. Diesem Umstand wurde durch die Kombination von E-Learning und Präsenzlernen Rechnung getragen. Das Resultat dieser Vereinigung ist der Gegenstand vorliegender Untersuchung: das Blended Learning. Begünstigt durch den technologischen Fortschritt und die damit verbundene Preisreduzierung technischer Endgeräte, die beständige Verbesserung der Internet-Infrastruktur sowie die Veränderung des Kommunikationsverhaltens und die verbesserte Verfügbarkeit relevanter Informationen, trat das Blended Learning, wie jüngste Untersuchungen aufzeigen, einen weltweiten Siegeszug im Bereich der höheren Bildung an.
